Sushi Katana: Fresh, Flavorful, and Family-Friendly Sushi Experience in Orlando

Everything was fresh and amazing! I see Ken is a fan favorite here and I totally get why... he was an attentive and energetic server. I had a glass of the rose and crispy tuna for app and the True Love roll. All of it had amazing flavor. This would definitely be a go to if I lived here! All the other people that work here were lovely as well, very friendly and great environment!

Look, let me tel you something. I've been to this place over a dozen times, I recommend every person to this restaurant whenever I can, all my friends and family that visit me i take them here. This place is consistent with their food, customer service and hands down one of my favorite spots in Orlando. I've been coming here for years and I see the same servers I see the same faces and the food is amazing always. I love that their consistent, food quality is great and the price of the food is amazing too. Every time I come the place is super busy, clean, very family friendly and overall a great time.

Excellent!!! The fish is very Fresh! Everything in the menu tastes divine... I LOVE the Kenji Roll ( riceless maki ) The restaurant has a very relaxed & clean ambiance and the service? Impeccable!!

Came back a second time with my husband to celebrate me getting a promotion - We walked in and the place was packed, but we only waited about 5 mins for a chair. We were served by Ken who was amazing in EVERY way! He had such a great personality and made sure to greet all his tables with wishes for the Chinese New Year. We ordered a bonsai (which is sake and plum wine) and Ken gave us options on how we wanted ours. Major kudos to this team and to Ken!

Arrived late afternoon and sat right away and served by Ken. Awesome waiter and really good and fresh sushi. The staff was amazing and very attentive.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The food was fresh and delicious. True traditional flavors and texture. The service was incredible too. Ken gave my wife and I some of the kindest and professional service we've ever had at a restaurant. If you get Ken as your server, know that he'll go the distance to make sure that you have a great time. The theming of the restaurant was very nice too. A humble modern with traditional aura. Sushi Katana is my favorite hidden gem I've found in a while! The exterior of Sushi Katana is unassuming, nestled in a strip mall in Millenia, but what they're serving inside rivals or beats some of the most high end sushi restaurants in town. Our server Ken was absolutely fantastic. He was very attentive and gave some great recommendations on dishes to try. His first recommendation was the crispy tuna rice, which was phenomenal. All of the goodness of a spicy tuna roll in what he described as "s'more form." The portions of tuna were incredibly generous and this dish was so beautifully presented. We also ordered the Usuzukuri as a starter, which was hands-down our favorite dish of the night. The fish just melted in your mouth and the citrus sauce added the perfect brightness to each bite. Confession, I started dipping the crispy tuna rice in this sauce. It's that good! For rolls we ordered the rainbow roll and rising sun roll, both delicious, and were pleasantly surprised when Ken informed us that it was still happy hour (6pm on a weekday), so we got to order another roll for free! We opted for the bahama mama, which had the most refreshing touch of mango. I can't believe the value of the food and service at Sushi Katana and will definitely be back soon!

Service is absolutely amazing. But the Sushi is what will bring you back. Food here is on par as being one of the best sushi places in Orlando. Ambiance is perfect for date night You will love the happy hour prices but you'll love even more the quality

Food was great , the service was on top of everything , place is cozy . The sushi was really fresh and their menu has a lot of variety , just wish the nigiri price could be a little better , but overall good job
